Meet Your Provider

Hi! I’m Meg - a physical therapist, personal trainer, dog mom, and extreme sports enthusiast. I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the University of Delaware, and then continued on to receive my Doctor of Physical Therapy at DeSales University. For the past three years, I’ve worked across outpatient clinics, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings, gaining hands-on experience and earning multiple certifications along the way.

I believe exercise is one of the most powerful forms of medicine, not just for physical health, but for confidence, independence, and overall quality of life. My passion lies in helping people discover how purposeful movement can restore function, reduce pain, and open the door to new possibilities.

I have a special interest in vestibular therapy, working with individuals who experience dizziness, vertigo, or balance challenges. I’ve seen firsthand how targeted therapy and exercise can retrain the body’s balance system, allowing people to feel steady, safe, and empowered again

Our Mission

I started this business because I wanted to offer something different: personalized, one-on-one care without the barriers of insurance or limited reimbursements. My goal is to provide the attention, guidance, and customized programs each client deserves—whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving your performance, or just working toward your personal health goals.

I combine my passion for movement, my expertise in rehabilitation, and my love of helping people live stronger, healthier lives—all while keeping the experience approachable, supportive, and tailored to you.
